ADEME Investissement supports Arverne Group in its listing on Euronext Paris

On 19 September 2023, Arverne Group celebrated its IPO on Euronext Paris following the completion of the merger with SPAC Transition SA.

ADEME Investissement is delighted to support Arverne Group as a strategic shareholder alongside Renault Group, Sycomore Asset Management, Eiffel Investment Group and Crédit Mutuel Equity.

This IPO will enable Arverne Group to accelerate its growth and become a key player in the decarbonisation and underground energy production sector in France and Europe.
